BOOKING DETAILS

DEPOSIT: 50% Deposit payable when booking. Larger bookings are welcome to pay by 3 instalments.

BALANCE: Due 2 weeks before check in. Christmas bookings due 4 weeks before check in.

PAYMENT METHODS: EFT Deposit, Pay at any NAB Bank, Telephone Credit card payment Visa/MasterCard (2% fee applies).

SECURITY BOND: $400 security bond applies to all bookings – guests can provide Credit Card details, (Visa or MasterCard) to hold as security for your stay. Or if you prefer you can pay a fully refundable $400 Bond with your final payment.

LINEN & TOWELS: Guests normally provide their own sheets, pillowslips & bathroom towels.

LINEN HIRE Available: Prices are a one off fee per Bed: Couple $30 or Single $25. Our hostess will come in and make up your beds ready for your arrival.

CLEANING: – $100 Cleaning fee applies per stay.

PETS: Pets are not allowed inside or outside at the property.

SCHOOLIES & YOUNG GROUPS: As the property is in a quiet street amongst permanent residents, it is not suitable for Schoolies bookings and Young Groups under 24 years of age.
